ACETA confirms 2016 AGM

AUSTRALIA: The Australian Commercial and Entertainment Technologies Association (Aceta) has announced that its AGM will take place on Monday 30th May at 7pm in North Fitzroy at the Terminus Hotel. The meeting will see the association select its Board of Management.
The AGM, which will include dinner and craft beer, will feature an election for the Aceta Board of Management, depending upon the number of nominees put forward. Aceta members can be nominated for potential board positions up until 5pm on Friday 13th May.
‘We trust you will participate in this voting process and please keep an eye on your email inbox for the voting form in due course, after the nominees have been received,’ Aceta president, Frank Hinton asked of members. ‘We do encourage members to stand for the Board, in particular we would welcome nominees from the lighting sector which is currently under-represented.’
The first board meeting will take place directly after the AGM.
