Acoustic Technologies opens new office in China

CHINA: Acoustic Technologies has opened a new office, showroom and warehouse in China. Located in the district of Panyu, Guangzhou Province, long time AT employee Monica Huang and her assistant Cindy Chen are managing the operation, which will enable the Australian manufacturer to further penetrate the Chinese market.
‘We have been looking to penetrate the Chinese market for a while now, but it has taken until now to turn the vision into a reality,’ commented Chinese representative Ms Huang. ‘Our initial plan is to introduce the Acoustic Technologies brand into Mainland China by promoting the high-end MK series speaker systems. Having established our new logistic centre in Guangzhou, we are ideally positioned close to the pro audio trade shows in addition to all the manufacturers and suppliers.
‘By introducing the high-end speaker systems that have enjoyed massive success in all government projects in the Australian market such as the Government Assembly Chambers, Law Courts and Transportation Hub, we are confident that we will find good penetration in the Chinese domestic market.’
