Acoustic Technologies Professional expands sales team

AUSTRALIA: Queensland-based loudspeaker specialist Acoustic Technologies Professional (AT Professional) has expanded its sales team with the addition of Jason Roesler and Deane Pilkington, both of whom are described as possessing ‘extensive experience and background in providing A/V solutions for a wide variety of applications’.
Both Mr Roesler and Mr Pilkington are based in Brisbane, though they will be charged with travelling internationally to expand AT Professional’s profile outside of Australia. Mr Roesler is an eight year veteran of the Australian pro audio industry, having begun as a technical assistant for EchoPLEX Sound before running his own business, Autonomy TEK IST, until last year. Mr Pilkington has previously held positions with Sony and LG and boasts experience across multiple sectors including system installation, recording and live sound. Popularly known as ‘Jace’ and ‘Dino’, they have worked together before.
‘These two are in all ways a duo to be reckoned with and they are both extremely smart and talented with great synergy,’ commented AT Professional managing director Harry Lloyd-Williams. ‘They are accomplished technically and are excellent communicators, skilled both at listening to customers’ needs and wishes and in determining the solution needed to provide the best possible result for each individual application.’
Following the announcement, Mr Roesler commented: ‘Acoustic Technologies is a highly innovative company with very forward thinking and unique products. With my private boutique installations business I was always using AT, no matter what the application, because there always was a suitable product available. It was inevitable that I would be working here one day and now I'm bringing my strong real-world experience to the table where I can spend time with customers to help design a system that will both suit the client but also fit in with the realistic challenges of installation. Along with my co-worker Deane Pilkington, we plan to expand AT’s reach and presence in both the domestic and international market places.’
Mr Pilkington was equally enthusiastic, adding: ‘Audio and music have been a lifelong passions of mine – I studied audio engineering and I have an eye for and a commitment to high performance audio equipment. This is why Acoustic Technologies appeals to me. I plan for 2014 to be a year of increasing the market presence of AT, and I am excited to be working with Jason, my associate of several years.
