AEQ's Bravo makes its Indian debut

INDIA: As India undergoes rapid change in the broadcast industry thanks to the emergence of multiple new small and medium regional stations, the transition has been to the advantage of Spanish manufacturer AEQ, which has recently seen its equipment adopted by two local radio stations.
Installed by the local partner Falcon in co-ordination with the manufacturer, Radio Babu Banarsi has been equipped with a compact analogue Bravo console, providing it with 12 analogue inputs, two built-in telephone hybrids and four internal busses for Programme, Audition, Cue and Interconnection with telephone lines. The station is situated on the Babu Banarasi Das University campus in Lucknow and broadcasts over FM to the local community.
Similarly, Radio Divya Jyothi has also been installed with an AEQ Bravo console at its studio in New Delhi. The station, whose byword is 'The Divine Sound of Awakening', broadcasts live over the internet 24 hours a day to an audience of more than 4,500 followers.
