Allen & Heath conducts seminar in Tokyo

JAPAN: Allen & Heath and its Japanese distributor Comodo Mattina hosted a recent training seminar for more than 90 industry engineers and technicans in Tokyo. The session was focused around the manufacturer’s iLive, GLD and Qu Series digital mixing systems. 

‘Attendees were very enthusiastic about the gear on hand and the response was overwhelming,’ said Alex Schloesser, Allen & Heath sales engineer for Global Market Management. ‘I have had personal interactions with quite a number of the participants. Extra chairs had to be brought in for the attendance overflow. It was a very good response to our invitation’

There was also a session exploring the various digital audio networking standards and their integration into the manufacturer’s systems. On display, Comodo Mattina showed a number of QU-16 and also QU-24 mixers as well as a number of GLD systems. An iLive-T112 system was used to mix the live performance and systems operation.
