Ampeg and SLS sign Chinese distribution agreement

CHINA: Shanghai-based SLS and Ampeg have signed a Chinese distribution agreement, where for the first time, musicians in the region will have access to the full line of Ampeg products.
‘For more than 60 years, Ampeg has produced some of the music industry’s most innovative and memorable gear, and has played a key role in shaping the sound of modern rock and roll,’ explained Clifford Nathan, Ampeg general manager, China. ‘Thanks to SLS and its Chinese sales network, Ampeg will now be a driving force in the Chinese music scene as well.’
Ampeg will make its Chinese debut on the SLS stand at Pro Light & Sound, Shanghai.
