Andreas Hilmer joins Lawo AG

WORLD: Andreas Hilmer has joined German audio console specialist Lawo AG as director of marketing and communications, where he will direct all marketing and communications strategies for the Lawo group of companies.
The appointment follows a recent period of expansion of activities for the company, and its entry into new areas of broadcast with its recently introduced line of video processing products.
Prior to joining Lawo, Mr Hilmer headed up Riedel Communications’ marketing and communications department for nine years. ‘I’m delighted to be joining Lawo,’ said Mr Hilmer. ‘My appointment comes at pivotal time in the growth of the company, providing us with exciting opportunities for the future.'
