APN installs ‘future-ready’ Grass Valley solutions

INDIA: Delhi-based broadcaster, Access Press News (APN), has installed a selection of Grass Valley products to help power its 24-hour news channel. The broadcaster’s purchase included six LDX Flex advanced imaging cameras, a K2 Summit media server, EDIUS editing software, a Densité signal management system and a mixed-format routing server. With the entire range of LDX cameras stated to be ‘easily upgradable’, the solution has provided the broadcaster with a configuration that’s effective both in the present and for the future.

When news breaks in the Delhi region, we want to be the first to air it, so it’s crucial for us to have the most up-to-date newsroom technologies in place,’ commented R.S.
