ARX appoints Studio Equipment Corporation for Japan

JAPAN: Tokyo-based distributor and systems integrator Studio Equipment Corporation has been named the new Japanese distributor for Australia’s ARX Systems. The deal sees the ARX range of digital and analogue interface and signal processing products join a portfolio of brands including Harrison, HME, Trilogy and Dorrough.

Following the announcement of the appointment, ARX managing director Colin Park described himself as ‘excited to be working with the Studio Equipment Corporation team in Japan. They are enthusiastic about the possibilities for ARX and our products amongst their extensive client base.’

Studio Equipment Corporation specialises in the broadcast, studio, and installation vertical markets. The company previewed its relationship with ARX by exhibiting its products at November’s InterBEE 2012 exhibition, which took place at the Makuhari Messe near Tokyo.

‘Studio Equipment Corp's Toshihiro Inada told ARX that the exhibition was very successful for them,’ explained ARX managing director Colin. ‘Many visitors expressed interest in the ARX product ranges, especially the USB Direct Box and MSX mic line splitter ranges which were exhibited in Japan for the first time.’
