ARX offers USB audio online questions and answers
Published: ASIA
WEB: Australian manufacturer ARX has added a section to its website offering a series of questions and answers relating to USB audio applications. According to managing director Colin Park, the knowledge-base is intended to help end-users ‘de-bug’ the process of using USB for audio, particularly in Windows operating systems.
Presented in a Q&A format, the information covers USB usage in general alongside more specific topics focusing on ARX’s own series of USB equipped products such as the Audibox range, which includes the USB-DI, the USB DI-VC and the USB I/O.
Specific questions on the webpage include: ‘my USB Interface works fine during the soundcheck, but 'goes to sleep" before the show’, ‘the output of my USB interface is not loud enough or is noisy’, and ‘the USB input to my computer is too hot and is overloading my recording software’.
