Asia Square Tower equipped with Ateis

SINGAPORE: Antechnic Engineering Pte Ltd recently installed an Ateis DIVA8 compact PAVA system supplied by Ateis SE Pte Ltd into the Asia Square Tower 1 and 2 at Marina View, Singapore. The Asia Square Tower comprises 190,000sq-m of ‘grade A’ office space, a 305-room five star hotel, 5,600sq-m of retail space and 'The Cube', a 9,300sq-m all-weather covered public space with a 17m ceiling height.
‘DIVA8 has all the essential functionality to comply with EN 54 requirements for voice alarm and public address with less equipment,’ said Emmanuel Wilson, business development manager, Ateis. ‘It’s easy to use with zone labelling and produces superb sound and speech reproduction.
‘Challenges included customising the solution to meet the customer’s requirements, but upon completion the client is most certainly happy,’ he added. ‘We have a satisfied customer – they are confident that they have a perfect public alarm and voice alarm system for directing people to safety in the event of an emergency.’
