Audio-Technica sponsors Sunsilk Academy Fantasia reality show

SINGAPORE: Audio-Technica (SEA) Pte Ltd recently supported the elimination rounds of reality TV show Sunsilk Academy Fantasia, a 10-week competition in which 14 contestants competed to win a two-year singing contract and recording label with local record label, Ocean Butterflies.
Audio-Technica provided eight AEW-T6100 hypercardioid dynamic wireless handheld microphones for each of the elimination rounds, which were held every Saturday at St James Powerhouse. The brand also lent its support by providing four AEW-R5200 dual receivers, one ATW-DA700G antenna distribution system and one ATW-A72P UHF powered dipole antenna. Meanwhile, four pairs of limited edition ATH- M50 silver studio monitoring headphones were used by the show’s judges.
‘As a singing competition, it is critical for all contestants to bring out the best of their vocals, and audio quality is definitely a key factor to consider in this case,’ said an Audio-Technica representative. ‘Audio-Technica would like to congratulate the winner Hui Xian as well as all the finalists of the competition.’
