AVCorp chooses Soundcraft Si console

AUSTRALIA: Events specialist AVCorp has recently purchased a Soundcraft Si Compact 32 console, in a deal distributed by Jands. ‘We needed a console that had 32 channels, was small and compact and had everything at your fingertips,’ explained Mike Papas, owner of AVCorp.
‘I know that if you get products from Jands you always get very good back-up service,’ explained Mr Papas. ‘Our Soundcraft Si has proved to be a very cost-effective, powerful mixer and a natural choice for a company such as ours. Oh, and it sounds great too!’ he enthused.
‘My guys love it,’ he added. ‘They were wary at first as it’s a relatively new console to the market and they weren’t familiar with it. However we discovered that you only need an hour or two to get your head around it. Now, even the most sceptical have become the biggest fans,’ he claimed.
Mr Papas is particularly fond of the console’s FaderGlow function. ‘I really like that feature – it’s very neat and functional,’ he concluded.
