Avid extends Pro Tools support package

WORLD: Avid has announced an extended customer support plan for customers of Pro Tools 11. The Avid Support plan provides users with new purchases, upgrades and crossgrades for one full year, however users who purchase the software before 20 December 2014 will be provided with additional support until March 2016. The latest version of the audio production software also benefits from the addition of cloud collaboration capabilities and lower upgrade pricing for existing customers.

'And now we’re making it easier for all customers to elevate their music and audio production immediately—and then take it to a higher level as cloud collaboration and other new features become available later.'
Avid Support for Pro Tools includes updates and upgrades, on-hand support from worldwide experts to answer and resolve issues, and access to how-to videos and troubleshooting articles.
