Aviom names ProMusicals as first Indian distributor

INDIA: Aviom has appointed ProMusicals as its first official distribution partner for India. Aviom reports that interest and inquiries from customers in India have been growing substantially over the past several years, leading the manufacturer to select ProMusicals due to its experience of working with musicians for over 20 years.
‘We look forward to making Aviom personal mixing solutions available in India and to creating additional business opportunities for Aviom’s full line of products,’ said Sudhin Prabhakar, ProMusical’s founder. ‘We have seen Aviom personal mixers on stage in India for some time, and I am excited to be bringing distribution directly to our country.’
ProMusicals recently saw its first Aviom success with the installation of an Aviom system at the state of the art Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall, a 1,132-seat theatre in Chennai.
‘With our newly expanded line of personal mixing products that now includes the A360 Personal Mixer, ProMusicals will have even more options to offer musicians in India for their personal mixing needs,’ added Chandler Collison, Aviom’s vice president of sales and marketing. ‘Aviom is pleased to be expanding its distribution into India and to be working with a distributor that knows the musicians and their stage and studio needs well.’
ProMusicals represents several other industry brands, including Focusrite, Universal Audio, Presonus and Blue Microphones.
