Bodo Falkenried takes on Adam Hall business development

WORLD: Adam Hall GmbH has announced the appointment of well known industry figure Bodo Falkenried to manage its business development with a remit to expand the company’s international activity. Based in Munich, Mr Falkenried’s main focus will be on the Asia Pacific, MENA, Russia and the former CIS countries, alongside Europe.

An industry veteran, Mr Falkenried was previously on the management team of a well-known cable manufacturer for 17 years, specialising in global strategic business management within the AVM field.

Following the announcement, Adam Hall CEO Alexander Pietschmann was quick to praise Mr Falkenried’s experience. ‘We are very pleased to have Bodo Falkenried on board,’ he commented. ‘He has a wealth of experience in strategic business management on both a national and international level. With his established market knowledge and enthusiasm for our product range, he has just the right qualifications for the position.’

Mr Falkenried added his own thoughts: ‘With its good market position, Adam Hall is offering me the perfect opportunity to continue working in my previous task areas within the fields of marketing and sales. The many product segments will make the range even more attractive to distributors, specialised merchants, event organisers and rental companies from the music industry, and also for the professional AVM market and project customers.

‘The Adam Hall hardware for cases, cabinets and 19-inch racking; the Cameo lighting range and the LD Systems catalogue; the Audac installation line; an attractive range of cables, which goes very well with the Defender cable crossover range; the music equipment and finally the pro audio brand Palmer all offer the ideal basis for success. I am also looking forward to the opportunity to use my many years of experience in the domain of product and marketing development. Adam Hall offers me a wide range of fields and tasks that demand flair for new business fields but for which market and product visions are also necessary. Nowhere else could be of greater appeal to me.’
