Bosch knowledgebase website promises new tech support

WEB: Bosch Security Systems has launched a new knowledgebase website that has been pioneered by its technical support team. The website is intended to assist Bosch customers to better understand the manufacturer’s products.
The new site reportedly boasts a comprehensive library of technical articles covering all Bosch Security and Bosch Communications lines, encompassing conferencing and public address systems plus Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex products. Meanwhile, the manufacturer’s technical support team will be regularly contributing articles to the knowledgebase in a variety of formats including Q&A documents, glossaries and tutorials.
Crucially, the website also allows users to submit question to the technical support team while a live chat function is expected to launch shortly. Links to the knowledgebase have also been placed throughout the support pages of the individual Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex websites.
