Budee certified as repair centre for Blue Microphones

CHINA: Beijing Pacific Budee Technology Development Co (Budee) has been certified as a factory-authorised repair centre for Greater China by Blue Microphones.
Budee subsidiary Unicover Technology Company is Blue’s exclusive distributor for Greater China. Its factory-trained technicians have completed the certification process and can handle the repair and warranty service for Blue products purchased from authorised dealers in Greater China. Blue customers in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau can send their microphones and accessories to one of three service centres in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
‘It is our goal to provide our customers with the highest levels of after-sale service,’ said Budee’s marketing director Eric Boyer. ‘We require our technicians to undergo continuous training to ensure that their skills and knowledge are up-to-date, and they can turn around repairs quickly and efficiently.’

We know that Budee technicians will provide our customers with the same level of product knowledge and repair capabilities as our in-house service team, and in that regard we view them as an extension of the Blue production team and a valued part of our global enterprise.’
