CDA Pro Audio opens Singapore showroom

SINGAPORE: Regional distribution specialist CDA Pro Audio has opened a dedicated showroom within the popular electronics precinct of Singapore’s Sim Lim Towers. Among the products showcased in the facility – intended to appeal to both local and international visitors – will be CEDAR Audio’s Cambridge system and DNS processors, the Prism Sound ADA-8XR and Orpheus, Maselec signal processors and PMC Professional monitors.
According to CDA Pro Audio sales manager Joel Chia, the showroom is intended to allow visitors to evaluate the technology on display in a more relaxed and focused environment.
‘Normally, the only way to experience audio equipment like this is at trade shows,’ Mr Chia explained. ‘Now customers can visit and spend quality time putting our gear through its paces. Equipment like CEDAR Cambridge is very complicated so having the complete system in our showroom has allowed several customers the chance to test workflows and gain useful pre-sales training.’
Jocelyn Liow, Asia regional manager for CDA Pro Audio, added: ‘I'm very pleased with the level of customer traffic visiting our audio showroom. I am seeing visitors from across the region call in to discuss their requirements and to have hands-on demonstrations of our products.’
