Change of ownership for Brähler ICS

WORLD: Brähler ICS has announced its acquisition by mpool Beteiligungen GmbH with effect as of 8 January 2013. Michael Brähler, the previous sole owner, took over the company from his father Helmut Brähler at the end of the 1990s and was its chief executive for 13 years.
mpool is an industrial holding from the local region with a focus on investing in small and medium-sized enterprises. Daniel Middendorf, Brähler ICS general manager, stressed the fact ‘that mpool’s holistic commitment will support our efforts to sustain and considerably strengthen our competitive position’.
Brähler Konferenztechnik AG is a conference technology manufacturer and event technology rental company with branch offices across the whole of Germany and a worldwide network of sales partners. Brähler ICS develops and sells simultaneous interpretation systems, microphone management systems, and voting systems all over the world.
