WORLD: Brähler ICS AG has announced that Christophe Permantier has been appointed as its new and sole CEO with immediate effect. Michael Brähler has been relieved of his post as CEO. The announcement follows the company’s move towards new ownership by mpool Beteiligungen GmbH.
Mr Permantier has over 25 years experience in the strategic and operational management and development of various companies. Brähler has also announced that it has a new advisory board. Its members comprise Jan Höttges, partner at Böcker Ziemen Management Consultants, Boris Esser, CEO of Tarent AG, and professor Ulrich Tödtmann from law firm Eimer Heuschmid Mehle, who takes the role of chairman of the board.
