Cineom Broadcast India named Lectrosonics dealer

INDIA: Promising a strong focus on the broadcast and A/V systems integration markets, Cineom Broadcast India Pvt Ltd has been appointed as a new dealer for Lectrosonics in India. The deal – agreed in April of this year – is intended to provide ‘far greater access’ to Lectrosonics products throughout ‘this vital region’.
Located in Mumbai, Cineom Broadcast India specialises in the film video, audio, radio, and TV broadcast sectors while also working within A/V integration. The company is described by Lectrosonics as ‘one of the leading system integration companies in the Indian media industry’.
Following the agreement, Vinayak Deo, director of Cineom Broadcast India, hailed the ‘stellar’ reputation of his new partner, adding: ‘All of us at Cineom are delighted to be representing Lectrosonics throughout India. There is a wealth of opportunity throughout this region and I am confident our new agreement will prove mutually beneficial for both companies.’
Gordon Moore, vice president of sales at Lectrosonics, echoed the sentiment: ‘Cineom has an excellent reputation and I am certain this agreement represents yet another major step forward as we work to extend Lectrosonics’ global reach. I believe this is a win-win arrangement for both companies.’
