CHINA: Crestron Asia Limited recently launched its DigitalMedia Presentation System (DMPS) series during a Chinese seminar tour that saw the manufacturer visit Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Attending the tour was Jason Tirado, Crestron executive director, global headquarters, who was joined by Kanny Leong, director, Asia operations of Crestron Asia Ltd in Hong Kong. Also attending was Crestron Asia regional product manager Stewart Carne, who offered an in-depth introduction to all three solutions and their applications at the seminar held in Beijing.
The new series comprises the DMPS-100-C, DMPS-200-C and DMPS-300-C – each designed for different levels of performance and venue size. The seminar tour’s aim was to ‘demonstrate Crestron Asia’s commitment to increasing productivity in offices and schools through innovation and integration’. Attendees witnessed a live demonstration of the DigitalMedia solutions, as well as ‘hands-on’ demonstrations of the DMPS-300-C.
‘The new DMPS series raises the industry benchmark for presentation solutions,’ said Mr Tirado. ‘The DMPS is easy to install, affordable, and allows designers, our partners and customers to enjoy crystal clear audio and high-definition video directly out of the box. No more fussing with wires, components and integration problems.’
‘The seminar allowed our partners to experience the power of the new DMPS series first-hand,’ added Mr Leong. ‘We demonstrated the system and showed attendees how deploying state-of-the-art audio and video can be greatly simplified with our all-in-one approach.’
Cash prizes amounting to HK$270,000 were given out during the three events.
