DAS Audio boosts China Dream Show

CHINA: Hangzhou-based company SSTAGE recently installed a DAS Audio Aero 12A powered compact line array system into the Zhejiang Institute of Media TV Studio for the recording of TV talent show ‘China Dream Show’.
In total, four LX-218CA powered high-performance double 18-inch subwoofers were paired with the two flown clusters of six Aero 12As, – all controlled an Avid Venue mixing console. Completing the list of equipment currently in use for the TV show is a set of Road 12A powered slim profile stage monitors and a DSP-4080 digital processor for loudspeaker management.
According to SSTAGE, the DAS Audio system suited the studio’s needs due to being designed for ‘rapid deployment, precise coverage and a high acoustic output’.
