DasanSR wins EAW International Distributor of the Year

KOREA: Following a year of major projects and promotion in South Korea, Seoul-based distributor DasanSR has been awarded the title of International Distributor of the Year by EAW. The award was presented by EAW president Jeff Rocha to DasanSR’s owner, Sunmo Kang, and the company’s VP of sales and marketing, Jeff Na, at a special event during the recent NAMM Show in California.
Representing a stable of international brands including not only EAW but also Powersoft, dBTechnologies, Aviom and more, DasanSR is among the South Korean industry’s most respected distribution companies. During 2014, its activities with EAW included representing the brand at key exhibitions, conducting dealer training and supporting a number of projects across Seoul and beyond. The largest was undoubtedly the League of Legends world final, an event which drew 45,000 spectators to Seoul’s Sangam Stadium, for which 32 Anya systems were deployed alongside KF740 and KF730 cabinets, MicroWedges and more (for full details see page 14 of the January-February 2015 edition of Pro Audio Asia).
