Dominic Koh joins SSL Asia following Live launch

ASIA: SSL Asia has recruited Dominic Koh in the newly created role of product and marketing manager. The appointment was precipitated following the launch of the highly anticipated SSL Live console.
Mr Koh enters a company for which he has had great respect since his student days at SAE 20 years ago. Since that time, he has climbed the career ladder via spells with Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd, d&b audiotechnik and Quad Professional. In addition, he has also toured with Taiwanese diva A-Mei and increasingly conducts educational programmes and workshops. The prospect of becoming part of the Solid State Logic team, however, proved too much of an enticement.
‘I come from a studio background, and really couldn’t resist this offer as I have a deep respect for SSL’s consoles. Everyone seems to be talking about the SSL Live console at the moment and so to be involved with this Rolls Royce of a product is really exciting. I’ve worked with other consoles in recent years, but this is totally different and I am sure through demonstrations that high end performance venues, production companies and theatres will be wanting to get to grips with it.’
