SINGAPORE: Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd (E&E) was recently awarded a Heritage Award at The Patron of Heritage Awards for its collaboration at the Night Festival 2012, where it provided the software and hardware equipment for the large format projection.
For the winning project, E&E collaborated with the Night Festival team to produce ‘We The People’, a multimedia projection on the National Museum of Singapore façade by Singaporean artist Brian Gothong Tan.
The Patron of Heritage Awards was specially conceived by the National Heritage Board (NHB) ‘to celebrate the donations and contributions of selfless individuals and organisations who have given to heritage causes’.
‘I'm honoured to accept this award on behalf of my team and especially Joe Fong, our deputy managing director,’ enthused Ronald Goh, managing director for Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd. ‘It is their hard work and unending effort that has made these collaborations possible. Kudos to the team! We are aware that the flourishing of the heritage scene in Singapore would not be possible without these contributions from donors, benefactors and volunteers. My team is already working on this year’s collaboration and we are very proud to contribute and support this cause.’
