Ed Capp appointed Sound Devices VP of sales

WORLD: US-based audio mixer/recorder manufacturer, Sound Devices, has named Ed Capp as its new vice president of sales. During his tenure with Sound Devices, he has been credited with playing a critical role in increasing brand presence in Asia and will now shift this focus to overseeing and managing the global sales team while continuing to strengthen the company’s reseller and distributor network.

Mr Capp played a pivotal role in the launch of manufacturer’s Video Devices brand by working to expand the company’s global sales network and develop the right sales channels for this new market. He was also tasked with working more closely on the company’s overall sales management strategy and customer service to ensure that it could support and meet its growing customer needs.
