Ejin Horo Banner Theatre equipped with Fohhn loudspeakers

The complex includes a 1,200-seat theatre, a concert hall, a separate multi-purpose hall (each with a seating capacity of 600), and six conference rooms. Each of the spaces was equipped with a new sound reinforcement system in response to a brief requesting ‘excellent reproduction of speech and music, flexible remote control and networking possibilities, whilst remaining sympathetic to the architectural surroundings’.

With this in mind, a range of Fohhn’s Arc-Series loudspeakers were selected for the main theatre, comprising the following passive two-way loudspeaker models: 18 AT-66s, 44 AT-07s, 12 AT-201s and eight AT-50s, supported by eight Linea AL-20 line source speakers, 10 AS-40 subwoofers, and eight XM-4 stage monitors. Meanwhile, a total of 20 two-channel D-2.1500 and 10 four-channel D-4.750 DSP-controlled digital amplifiers and an NA-1 Fohhn-Net Remote were also selected for the install.

The complex’s concert hall has been equipped with 12 Fohhn PT-8 compact line array systems, four PS-2 subwoofers and four XM-4 monitors driven by four A-2.2100 and two D-2.1500 digital amplifiers. An FC-8 DSP system controller and an NA-1 Fohhn-Net Remote were also chosen for the concert hall.

The multipurpose hall, meanwhile, was equipped with AT-50 and XT-33 loudspeaker systems, AS-40 subwoofers, D-2.1500 amplifiers and an FC-8 controller. Each of the conference rooms has been equipped with 12 Linea AL-50 systems and 12 XS-10 active subwoofers.
