SINGAPORE: Esco Pte Ltd has called the recent Esco Technology Summit 2013, held at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, ‘a success’, having been attended by approximately 170 guests. ‘The Esco Technology Summit 2013 was definitely an eye opener for the attendees as it is Singapore’s first and biggest system integrator event of the year,’ said Amenda Koh, Esco marketing assistant, corporate communications.
After collecting feedback from various attendees, Esco can report that ‘the response was very positive. The inaugural Esco Technology Summit was organised by Esco to bring together the audio visual fraternity under a single roof to explore and analyse the new developments and achievements in the industry,’ said the Esco spokesperson. ‘The event has emerged as a fantastic platform to know more about the dynamic new audio visual products and solutions from various domains.’
Presentations were given from more than five partners, who introduced their latest products, explaining the ways in which Esco can integrate the solutions based on customer requirements. A simulation area was set for the full-day conference, which included ‘Collaborative Learning’ by Epson, ‘Unified Communication’ by Polycom and ‘Future Digital Signages’ by Sharp.
‘Overall, I would say that the entire event is very well co-ordinated,’ commented a representative from event partner Sharp. ‘Most of the participants like myself can see that Esco has spent a lot of time in drafting the guest list, and I have seen the right contacts attending the event. Therefore, we will definitely be keen to show our support again in the same capacity or more for the next technology summit.’
‘It would be great if you could have another event such as this,’ added Mr Tan,
Science Centre Singapore.
The summit was supported by Epson, Sharp, Polycom, Aten, Chief, Da-Lite, Lutron, M.Tech, Lifesize, Crestron, BenQ, Canon, Casio, Ingram Micro, Asus, Microsoft Lync, Symantec, InFocus and Sony.
