FBT Mitus chosen for leading Korean resort

KOREA: Daemyoung Resorts, one of the biggest resort chains in Korea, has chosen FBT sound reinforcement for the conferencing and convention facilities of its latest destination.
FBT Mitus enclosures have been installed within two medium sized conference halls and four smaller rooms within the Seorak Delpino hotel, which is the 11th resort to open under the Daemyoung name. The development marks the extension of the company’s original Seorak resort, which overlooks one of Korea’s most famous mountains.
Both of the hotel’s medium-sized convention halls boast large stages now equipped with two left-right hangs of three Mitus 206LA active line array enclosures per side plus two 212FSA active flyable subwoofers per side. In each of the four smaller rooms, meanwhile, two Mitus 112A enclosures are suspended to the left and right of the podium to cover the more compact space.
FBT’s exclusive Korean distributor AD&C International supplied the systems, winning praise from the manufacturer’s export manager, Roberto Mataloni. ‘This is a prestigious installation for us and a demonstration of the great work that AD&C International is doing for FBT in South Korea,’ Mr Mataloni enthused.
