FBT speakers used for Italian Yeosu Expo pavilion

KOREA: Qube loudspeakers from Italian manufacturer FBT have been installed within the Italia pavilion at the Expo 2012 world fair, which is currently taking place in the Korean port city of Yeosu, overlooking Hallyeosudo Marine National Park and Odong Island. Taking the theme The Living Ocean and Coast, the Expo opened in May and is due to conclude on August 12th.
The loudspeakers have been installed within a special presentation area of the pavilion named the A/V room, in which visitors can watch projected films to learn more about Italian culture and the country’s efforts to protect the marine environment. Two Qube Q115A powered two-way enclosures, positioned at either side of the main screen, are used to provide audio.
‘We are always proud when FBT products are used to represent Italy,’ commented FBT export manager Roberto Mataloni. ‘The fact that this project is for an event as prestigious as the Yeosu Expo makes it all the more special.’
