First South East Asian L-Acoustics Arcs II install at USIM

MALAYSIA: The Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM) has been equipped with an L-Acoustics Arcs II speaker system – reportedly the first time this system has been installed in South East Asia.
Supported by Sennheiser Asia and local distribution company Tegas Broadcast & Multimedia Sdn Bhd, the full range speaker system was configured with three cabinets per side in a horizontal array configuration.
‘The sound that L-Acoustics loudspeakers deliver is fantastic,’ said Mahathir Suleiman, assistant electronics engineer at USIM. ‘The clarity and quality produced by the Arcs II speakers are beyond my expectations. I am satisfied with the quality of the system and the support given by Sennheiser Asia and distributor Tegas Broadcast & Multimedia Sdn Bhd. It was the right system choice for our application in the university.’
USIM is thinking of expanding more L-Acoustic systems in the university premises.
