Global Market Management to represent Ashly Audio in Asia

ASIA: Bardy Hayes and Alex Schloesser of Global Market Management (GMM) are to represent US-based signal processing and amplification specialist Ashly Audio throughout the Asia Pacific, acting as sales manager and sales engineer respectively. GMM, which holds offices in San Diego and Singapore, is perhaps currently best known for its long-term and highly successful relationship with console manufacturer Allen & Heath.
Following the agreement, Mr Hayes will oversee the qualification and appointment of local distributors whilst monitoring Ashly’s sales and marketing goals. Mr Schloesser will be responsible for training and supporting the brand’s distribution channels. The relationship is being described as ‘an extension of Ashly’s sales, marketing, and technical departments from Mongolia to Tasmania and from India to Tahiti’.
‘Global has a mature and well-managed territory, with deep networks that we will tap directly into,’ explained Ashly CEO Mark Wentling. ‘Alex’s technical training and support capabilities are world-class, and Bardy’s able handling of regional planning and management will allow us to focus our energies on the more strategic side of building Ashly’s channels worldwide.’
