GnS Electronics takes Mackie in Korea

KOREA: GnS Electronics Co Ltd is to assume the distribution of Mackie in South Korea following an agreement with the brand’s parent company, Loud Technologies. According to an official announcement from Loud, the deal will come into effect on October 1st.
Based in the Nowon district of Seoul, GnS Electronics already represents brands including Mipro, Phonic, Tasker, EV microphones and Dynacord. Following the agreement with Loud, GnS director Dong Hwan Kim described himself as ‘proud and excited’ to add Mackie to his portfolio.
‘Mackie is one of the great brands of the pro audio industry and is certainly in a very exciting phase of development,’ he continued. ‘Our company has a strong set-up and dealer relationships in all segments of the pro audio market and with our technical skills we are very confident of strongly growing the Mackie business over the coming years.’
