GoerTek becomes majority Dynaudio shareholder

WORLD: China-based consumer electronics company, GoerTek, has become the majority shareholder in high-end speaker manufacturer, Dynaudio. According to GoerTek, the move will strengthen Dynaudio’s market position through expanded product development and innovation. The speaker manufacturer’s co-founder Wilfried Ehrenholz remains a minority shareholder and will reportedly continue to contribute to product and marketing strategies.

Its founder, Bryan Jiang, is an ambitious entrepreneur like myself and has an excellent understanding of Dynaudio’s potential and our position as a premium brand,’ remarked Mr Ehrenholz. ‘By combining Dynaudio’s and GoerTek’s know-how, we will be able to develop some very exciting products for our customers. I am convinced that Dynaudio is heading for a very exciting future.’
