Grass Valley appoints VP of Asia Pacific

ASIA: Belden brand, Grass Valley, has named Andrew Thornton vice president, Asia Pacific. Effective immediately, Mr Thornton assumes responsibility for all aspects of the manufacturer’s ongoing sales activities and growth initiatives in the region and will be based out of the company's offices in Hong Kong.

Mr Thornton moves to Grass Valley after serving four years at Harmonic as VP of Asia Pacific operations. He is a graduate of Bradford University in the UK, where he earned an MBA as well as BS in Managerial Sciences.
