Green Hippo to debut new distributor at BIRTV

CHINA: Green Hippo has announced its new distributor for China as SWIT Electronics Co Ltd, described by the manufacturer as ‘a high-tech enterprise, specialising in developing and manufacturing products for the broadcast industry’. The two companies are to formalise their relationship by exhibiting at the upcoming BIRTV exhibition.
Founded in 1996 and based in the Nanjing National Level Economic and Technological Development Zone, SWIT enjoys a growing international reputation alongside a close relationship with a number of Chinese broadcasters.
According to Green Hippo technical sales manager Bryan Kelly, the company’s appointment as distributor was ‘a natural step as they have the technological knowhow and passion for what we do. The team confidently worked through the training and were programming within minutes of being hands on with the Hippotizer software’.
SWIT president, William Xiao, was equally enthusiastic, commenting: ‘Green Hippo has firmly established their position within the areas of broadcast, live events, architecture and more, with a strong product line and a supportive technical team. We are very excited to represent Green Hippo in China. We will help new users to discover the power, flexibility and the system's ease of use.’
Mr Kelly concluded: ‘I believe that this is the start of a great relationship between our two companies and I know that they will endeavour to get the Green Hippo brand in front of many faces.’
