Hans Chia joins Clear-Com as SEA sales manager

ASIA: Clear-Com has appointed Hans Chia as its regional sales manager for South East Asia. Joining the company with more than 11 years of pro audio industry experience, Mr Chia will be tasked with expanding the manufacturer’s market reach in the region by managing and developing local channel partners.
‘My real-world experience of working on large-scale deployments throughout the region will help me build on Clear-Com’s already strong foundation in South East Asian markets,’ offered Mr Chia. ‘I am excited to join this dynamic and forward thinking company.’
Mr Chia moves to Clear-Com from Sennheiser, where he held the role of integrated systems product specialist and was responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining contacts in the region. Prior to that, he worked at Riedel Communications’ Singapore office as rental operations manager/applications engineer. During his time at Riedel, he was reportedly responsible for managing numerous projects in South East Asia including direct engagements with consultants and key user accounts, channel development and managing trade shows and product demonstrations.
