Harman announces newly created global E-commerce role

WORLD: Harman Professional has announced the promotion of Chris Vice to the newly created position of manager, global E-commerce. Reporting to Jay Woolley, director of marketing, Harman signal processing, Mr Vice immediately assumes responsibility for ensuring that the company’s e-commerce initiatives address the business needs and ambitions of channel partners, customers and other stakeholders.
Mr Vice has served at Harman Professional for 18 years, having previously held the roles of national training coordinator, program controller for Harman’s Step Change program, and web coordinator for Crown Audio. Mr Vice is a Bachelor of Science candidate in Information Technology from WGU Indiana, and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in electronic engineering from ITT Technical Institute. He also holds several trade and technical certifications.
‘Chris Vice’s market knowledge and can-do attitude has resulted in a great track record of adaptability throughout his career at Harman Professional,’ said Mr Woolley. ‘I am confident that he will prove equal to this new challenge we have set out for him and that in doing so, he will ensure our channel partners and customers are served well.’
