Indias Pine Creek Tech Inc to distribute Sontronics

INDIA: UK-based manufacturer Sontronics has named Delhi’s Pine Creek Tech Inc as its exclusive distributor for India in a deal that includes all of the company’s microphone, preamp and studio accessory lines. The deal is in reaction to what Sontronics founder Trevor Coley describes as ‘enthusiastic support from users in the Far East’.
Pine Creek Tech Inc officially launched at the NAMM show in 2005 and has since gone on to establish itself as a key supplier in India with a broad range of brands. The distributor will be supporting the latest addition to its portfolio with a substantial Sontronics display at Palm India, which is taking place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from June 2nd to June 4th.
Following the announcement, Mr Coley described himself as ‘excited to get our microphones, preamps and other products into the hands of musicians, producers, studios, schools and installation companies all over India. We’re looking forward to working with the motivated, enthusiastic team at Pine Creek Tech’.
Pine Creek Tech’s sales director, Somesh Kumar, echoed the sentiment: ‘I am very happy to become a member of the Sontronics family,’ he declared. ‘I have taken a lot of time to study the products and read the reviews of users worldwide. In the Indian music industry there are lots of brands available with much price variation, but the first time I looked at the Sontronics price list I was amazed.
