Jérôme Tancray joins Analog Way

WORLD: Jérôme Tancray has been announced as Analog Way’s new global customer service and after sales support director.

Based at Analog Way's headquarters in France, in his new role Mr Tancray will be responsible for developing the company’s customer service and running its worldwide technical support divisions.

Mr Tancray has previously worked in the medical instrumentation sector where he gained extensive experience in customer service. In particular, he provided technical support and assisted in the development and implementation of training programmes and service offers.

‘I’m thrilled to now be part of Analog Way,' Mr Tancray stated. ‘My mission is to take customer service to the next level with the intention of being more proactive and closer to the requirements of our customers,’ he explained.

‘We are thrilled to welcome Jérôme as new customer service and after sales support director,’ added Adrien Corso, CEO of Analog Way. ‘His expertise in B2B customer support management will be instrumental in the development of improved customer service for Analog Way's customers and partners worldwide.'
