K-array training takes place in Hong Kong

CHINA: Francesco Maffei, K-array’s product specialist, together with Michel Brouard, K-array’s VP of Sales in Asia and Oceania, recently held a training seminar at the Sennheiser Hong Kong office. Key topics included the Anakonda Kan200 and the KRM33 low profile variable coverage speaker.
‘Our distributor’s technical offices in Sennheiser China, Sennheiser Hong Kong, Sennheiser Asia, Soundus from Korea, and Livegear from Japan are now updated and ready to support their markets’ unique requirements,’ said Mr Maffei. ‘Hong Kong is always a great place to be and Sennheiser Hong Kong was a wonderful host. What made this trip really memorable was that we had the opportunity to see some really interesting K-array installations. The most rewarding part of our product training is to see familiar faces again, exchange on-the-job experiences, which creates what we call “the K-array Family”. I have a clear role in the training sessions, but I also learn so much through exchanged information and feedback given.’
‘Keeping these events running over the years has made it easier to communicate amongst ourselves – having support documentation is always useful and of high priority, but an added bonus is to be part of the fun frenzied action of the city and to share a tasty dinner together with lots of laughs,’ he added.
The course was reported to be ‘a great hit’ with the attendees, so much so that further dates are being planned.
