Kevin Parker named Mojave Audio director of sales

WORLD: Kevin Parker has been appointed as director of sales for condenser microphone manufacturer Mojave Audio. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s US dealer base, manage its international dealers and distributors and develop initiatives to boost its market share globally. Mr Parker now holds identical positions with Mojave Audio and Royer Labs – both of which were founded by David Royer and separately focus on manufacturing condenser and ribbon microphones.

‘Like Royer Labs, Mojave Audio has become one of the most sought-after microphone product lines in professional audio and has a well-deserved and highly respected reputation in our industry,’ enthused Mr Parker. ‘As audio professionals routinely use a combination of microphones – both ribbon and condenser – for their various projects, it makes sense that I am in a better position to negotiate sales packages and other similar sales arrangements for both companies. I am honoured to assume these new responsibilities.’

‘Kevin came to Royer highly recommended and in the time he’s been with the company, he’s already proven to be a valuable asset to the team and a hard-working, forward-thinking contributor to our efforts,’ commented Mojave Audio president, Dusty Wakeman. ‘I am delighted to have him on the Mojave Audio side of the company in his new capacity, as I firmly believe he will add greater continuity to all sales initiatives of both companies.’
