Kling & Freitag installed in Yiyang Grand Theatre

CHINA: The 12,000 sq-m, 1,206-seat Yiyang Grand Theatre in Hunan Province, founded in January 2008, has undergone a thorough upgrade, including the installation of a new Kling & Freitag PA system, to adapt to the developing needs of the local cultural community.
The public cultural centre, funded by the municipal party committee and municipal government, has been installed with six Kling & Freitag Sequenza 10 line array speakers and two Sequenza 10B ultra-low frequency units each side of the stage. Additionally, a number of Kling & Freitag Gravis 12 speakers have been used as side-fills. Every corner of the grand theatre is now covered with clear and intelligible audio.
Following installation of the new system in January, the new Yiyang Grand Theatre hosted a drum performance called Flower Drum in Spring and Autumn, premiering the new sound system.
