AUSTRALIA: Production company Kova Sound has purchased 12 Electro Voice XW12A stage monitors, adding to its existing EV stock following a move to larger premises in Osborne Park, near Perth.
Founded in 1993 and specialising in high-end corporate events, Kova Sound has been responsible for performances by many local, national, and international artists such as Jose Feliciano, Human Nature, David Campbell, Marcia Hines, Daryl Braithwaite, Joe Camilleri, Ross Wilson and Mental As Anything. The company already boasts an ‘extensive’ EV stock including P3000 power amplifiers and X-Array line array systems. The sale and supply of the monitor system was arranged by Scott Goodby of Audio Source, Bosch Communication's Western Australian distributor.
On receiving the stage monitors, Kova Sound founder Louie Kovaceski explained that the purchase will ‘means Kova Sound continues to provide our clients with the leading edge systems they've come to expect.’
