Kylie Minogue chooses DAS Audio for Aphrodite tour

INDONESIA: A substantial DAS Audio sound reinforcement system was used at Sentul City’s Sentul International Convention Centre for a recent Kylie Minogue concert.
In use was a seven line array configuration with outfields for the 10,000 capacity venue. A total of 18 Aero 12A line array elements were chosen for front, side-fills, and left and right fills, hung in three clusters of six. Meanwhile, ground-stacked in a left and right side-fill configuration were two LX 218A subwoofer systems, one per-side.
Meanwhile, a total of 32 Aero 38A tri-amplication line array systems were selected for front of house left and right, and left and right outfills, hung in four clusters of eight. A total of 18 ground-stacked LX 218A subwoofer systems in a left and right configuration were also chosen, made up of nine systems per side. Twelve Avant 12A PA speakers were also selected, as were two DSP 4080 audio processors. Kylie Minogue sang into a SKM 5200 UHF handheld microphone from Sennheiser.
The SICC concert was part of the singer’s Aphrodite world tour.
