Miaoli Countys Chung-Cheng Hall gets audio refit

TAIWAN: Following its initial redecoration, the Chung-Cheng Hall in the Miaoli County’s International Culture and Tourism Bureau has been fitted with a new audio system designed and installed by Super Light Technology.
The 720-seat venue opted for a line array from Qube Audio. The new system includes L-R hangs of four QSA112 cabinets per side with low end via a pair of QSA118S subs. Frontfill comes from a pair of Q110 enclosures wall mounted either side of the stage.
Power for the system is courtesy of MC2 Audio. Three T2000 units have been joined by a further E45 and T1500 amplifier. Processing is via a McCauley M408. Power sequencing for the system comes from a pair of MCW PCA3012As, while an LA Audio DBT Plus Dual channel 600 ohm output balancing interface is also in use.
For comms the venue now has a complete system from Clear-Com. A single KB701 desk speaker station communicates with three RS601 beltpacks connected to CC95 single-ear headsets. Cabling for each part of the installation is from Gepco.
The client is reportedly 'very happy' with the sound quality following the installation.
