Mipro wins Rising Star Award

TAIWAN: Mipro has been awarded the 16th annual ‘Rising Star Award’ from Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs.
In order to encourage and promote SME (small and medium enterprises), the government branch, Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, MOEA holds the annual Rising Star Awards to honour companies that contribute to Taiwan’s economy and trade.
Winners are chosen by a judging committee after a strict three-stage selection process that evaluates the enterprise’s export records, global competitiveness, operations management, finances, and the uniqueness of the enterprise. This year, only six companies were selected and awards were presented by Jiang Yi-huah.
‘We are truly honoured to be the recipient of this coveted award among the 1.4 million SMEs, representing 98 percent of the total number of companies in the country,’ said Mipro vice president of international sales and marketing, Eugene Chen.
‘The award certifies Mipro as one of the best SME companies in Taiwan,’ he added. ‘As we continue to grow, our worldwide distribution partners, dealers, contractors and audio professionals can rest assured that Mipro will continue to introduce innovative wireless microphone products into the marketplace.’
