Music Group appoints Arie Korpel for worldwide sales

WORLD: Arie Korpel has been named senior manager for worldwide sales for the Music Group, the parent company of Behringer, Midas and Klark Teknik. The new appointee is described by the company as possessing ‘over 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics market, paired with a strong passion for music and sound’.
Mr Korpel previously worked in the professional audio industry as EMEA channel manager for Altec Lansing Europe, though his more recent positions have been outside of the industry. The Music Group describes him as bringing ‘strengths spanning from sales and marketing to admin and finance’.
Regarding his new appointment, Mr Korpel commented that he is ‘very excited to join the Music Group team, and I will be proud to participate in the implementation of their innovative global strategies’.
He added: ‘Working with recognised brands like Midas, Klark Teknik, Behringer and Bugera will provide profound business opportunities and experience.
